Working Principle
1. Feed Hopper Intake
Scrap plastic is introduced through the insulated feed hopper. An anti-flyback curtain prevents material fragments from rebounding out of the throat.
2. High-Speed Shear Cutting
As the material enters the grinding chamber, high-speed rotary blades attached to the central shaft rotate past fixed stationary blades mounted on the chamber walls. The tight clearance between rotary and fixed edges cuts the plastic cleanly.
3. Chamber Circulation
The cut fragments circulate inside the grinding chamber until they are reduced to a size smaller than the screen mesh perforations positioned beneath the rotor.
4. Discharge & Silo Transfer
